We celebrate confidence, individuality, self-expression, and the beauty found in everyday life. Our Retail Partner Program is designed to help retailers, wellness businesses, hospitality operators, organizations, and community leaders bring Jolie to the people they serve.
Whether you operate a neighborhood market, boutique fitness studio, hotel, café, salon, country club, sports organization, or workplace wellness program, we welcome the opportunity to explore a partnership.
Who We Partner With
Jolie may approve qualified partners including:
• Independent grocery stores and specialty markets
• Convenience stores and neighborhood retailers
• Coffee shops, cafés, and food service operators
• Gyms, fitness centers, yoga studios, and wellness facilities
• Hotels, resorts, country clubs, and hospitality venues
• Salons, spas, med spas, and beauty-focused businesses
• Sports teams, athletic organizations, and recreational programs
• Corporate wellness programs and employee refreshment initiatives
• Universities, schools, and community organizations where permitted
All applications are reviewed individually to ensure alignment with Jolie’s brand standards and distribution strategy.
Founding Retail Partner Program
As Jolie expands throughout South Florida and beyond, a limited number of businesses may be invited to participate as Founding Retail Partners.
Founding Retail Partners receive priority consideration for:
• New product launches
• Sampling and tasting events
• Social media promotion
• Community marketing initiatives
• Ambassador activations
• Limited-edition product releases
• Potential territory and launch opportunities
Founding Retail Partner status is granted at Jolie’s sole discretion and may be limited by geography, category, and market availability.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with businesses that share Jolie’s values of confidence, individuality, and community.
Application Review Process
Prospective Retail Partners must complete the Jolie Retail Partner Application.
Applications are generally reviewed within three to five business days.
Once approved, partners will receive onboarding information, ordering instructions, product details, and access to applicable retail resources.
Approval is granted at Jolie’s sole discretion and may be limited by territory, market conditions, distribution availability, category restrictions, or other business considerations.
Ordering and Inventory
Jolie products are sold in approved case-pack quantities and may be subject to minimum order requirements.
Order minimums, product availability, inventory allocations, and promotional programs may vary based on product demand, shipping destination, seasonality, and distribution capacity.
Current pricing, available products, and ordering requirements will be provided to approved Retail Partners.
Payment Terms
Retail Partners are generally required to prepay orders using approved payment methods at the time of purchase.
Qualified partners may be considered for extended payment terms, including Net 30 arrangements, based on factors such as:
• Business history
• Order volume
• Creditworthiness
• Length of relationship with Jolie
Approval of payment terms is at Jolie’s sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
Jolie currently offers complimentary shipping on qualifying wholesale orders within approved service areas.
Shipping programs, delivery schedules, freight policies, and eligibility requirements may be modified from time to time.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during the ordering process.
Retail Partners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring appropriate receipt of deliveries.
Product Resale Guidelines
The Jolie Retail Partner Program is designed to support in-person retail sales and approved distribution channels.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Jolie, Retail Partners may not:
• Sell Jolie products through Amazon
• Sell Jolie products through Walmart Marketplace
• Sell Jolie products through TikTok Shop
• Sell Jolie products through eBay or similar marketplaces
• Resell Jolie products to unauthorized distributors, wholesalers, or retailers
• Export Jolie products outside approved markets
Jolie reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships that violate these requirements.
Brand Standards
Retail Partners agree to represent Jolie products professionally and in a manner consistent with the Jolie brand.
Retail Partners may not:
• Alter Jolie packaging
• Remove product labeling
• Misrepresent ingredients or product benefits
• Make unauthorized health or medical claims
• Use Jolie trademarks in a misleading manner
Approved marketing materials may be provided to support merchandising and promotion.
Marketing Support
Jolie is committed to helping Retail Partners succeed.
Depending on the nature of the partnership, Jolie may provide:
• Product education
• Digital marketing assets
• Sampling support
• Point-of-sale materials
• Social media collaboration opportunities
• Ambassador and influencer support
• Community engagement initiatives
Marketing support may vary by market, account size, product availability, and promotional calendar.
Product Quality and Handling
Retail Partners are responsible for properly storing, handling, displaying, and rotating Jolie products in accordance with applicable food safety requirements and Jolie recommendations.
Jolie reserves the right to reject claims relating to products that have been improperly stored, handled, altered, or resold.
Program Modifications
Jolie reserves the right to modify product offerings, pricing, shipping programs, payment terms, promotional opportunities, ordering requirements, and Retail Partner Program policies at any time.
Reasonable notice will be provided when practical.
Limitation of Partnership
Participation in the Jolie Retail Partner Program does not create any franchise relationship, joint venture, partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, or exclusive territory rights unless expressly agreed to in writing by Jolie.
